Salon Policies

Your reservation is very important each team member of Level Salon Aveda; it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We always ask to hold all reservations with a card. A cancellation fee is applied to the card for no shows or missed appointments without 24 hour notice. The cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Artist's scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. The policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. For extended appointments we may require a "hold" transaction to reserve a large time spot.  Cancellation Fee/No Show fee is half the dollar amount for the scheduled services.

Child Policy: We kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it is enforced with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. This policy is strictly enforced, please arrange child care before your visit.

Pet Policy: While we absolutely love our furry friends, however service dogs are the only animals legally allowed to remain in the salon during a service.  

Pricing Policy: Pricing provided by guest services/online is a starting price point and is subject to increase at artists discretion determined by product usage, technique and density/length of hair.
